With over 7 years of industry knowledge and M&A experience, Mr. Goldstein’s understanding of healthcare market dynamics and adeptness in navigating intricate deal structures will further the firm’s commitment to delivering innovative solutions for its clients. Evan will play a key role in expanding Bourne’s coverage in healthcare services, most notably in behavioral health, pharmacy supply chain and infusion services. Most recently, Evan was a Vice President at MTS Health Partners (“MTS”) a boutique M&A advisory firm focused exclusively on the healthcare sector. While at MTS, he advised on over $4 billion in cumulative transaction value, including M&A, restructuring and equity financing transactions for private, public, and sponsor-backed companies. Prior to joining MTS, Evan worked at J.P. Morgan.
